PURCHASES OF CUSTOM ORDERS:
For custom orders, your project will be assigned a start date. You can think of this as the point of no return. If you cancel before your start date, you will get a full refund of all amounts paid except for $50 Consult fee. After your start date, all amount are non-refundable. At that point, service are being rendered, there will be customizations that are specific to you/your measurements/your design that is not available in my shop, I start buying your supplies, and work has officially started on your project.
At no point can you keep possession of a custom garment AND receive a refund. You can also refer to your signed contract for additional details.
All Alterations are final cost, and non-refundable as services are rendered.
ALL TICKETS SALES ARE FINAL. PURCHASING A TICKET WITH DIALICIOUS DESIGNS CONFIRMS THE ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. REFUNDS ARE ISSUED ONLY IF EVENT IS CANCELLED. NO EXCEPTIONS! You will not need to request a refund if the event is cancelled. A refund will be issued within 48 hours after the scheduled event date.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns. We realize things happens, so you don’t have to explain yourself. If the piece is NOT WASHED AND NOT WORN, it is refundable. Follow the following steps:
1. Send an email requesting a return/refund. Please, (1)put your order# and (2)the word ‘RETURN’, in the subject line. Include your tracking# in the body of the email. All return request are considered accepted if received before 5pm of the third business day from receipt. No matter how long it takes for me to respond to your request, If you sent it in time, and your item are not wash and not worn, then your request can be accepted.
Once I receive your item on my end, I will issue the refund of the purchase amount within 48Hours. Please note that the refund does not cover the cost of the return shipping you have to pay to return your item(s). Please email a refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org
